1. Using ScholarSearch AI

ScholarSearch AI is free for students and always will be for the core matching and tracking features. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have a parent/guardian's permission if required by your school.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the profile information you submit.

Match scores and essay feedback are generated by AI models based on the information you provide. They are guidance, not guarantees — always verify eligibility requirements directly with the scholarship provider before applying.
Essay suggestions are meant to help you strengthen your own writing. You're responsible for ensuring anything you submit to a scholarship committee reflects your own authentic work, consistent with that provider's academic integrity policies.

Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute scholarship data from the platform.
Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access other students' accounts or data.
Don't submit false eligibility information to misrepresent yourself to a scholarship provider.

We aggregate scholarship information from public sources and provider submissions and refresh it regularly, but providers can change deadlines, amounts, or requirements at any time without notifying us.
Always confirm the current deadline and requirements on the scholarship provider's own application page before submitting.

Premium features (unlimited matching, priority essay feedback, expanded deadline alerts) are optional and billed as described at checkout. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.

ScholarSearch AI is provided "as is." We work hard to keep matching accurate and the platform available, but we don't guarantee that any scholarship match will result in an award, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These terms were last updated on July 1, 2026. We'll notify you by email of any material changes before they take effect.
