Getting started takes less than five minutes. Here's everything you need to do:
1. Create your account
Click Get started free on the homepage and sign up with your email address. You'll receive a short confirmation email — click the link inside to activate your account.
2. Complete your student profile
After signing in, you'll land on the dashboard. Click Update Profile and fill in your details:
- Your GPA (0.0 – 4.0)
- Your intended major or field of study
- Your state of residence
- Academic year (High School, Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Graduate)
- Whether you're a first-generation college student
- Extracurricular activities and any relevant background
A complete profile gives you much better matches. The more detail you provide, the more personalised your results will be.
3. Run your first match
Click Find My Scholarships on the dashboard. ScholarSearch AI scans the entire catalogue and surfaces your top matches — each one comes with a match score and a plain-English explanation of why you qualify.
4. Save scholarships you like
Click Save to tracker on any result card. Saved scholarships appear in your Application Tracker, where you can manage statuses, notes, and deadlines all in one place.
5. Use Essay AI to write stronger applications
Click the pencil icon on any saved scholarship to open the Essay Assistant. Choose Brainstorm, Improve, or Grammar mode and get personalised writing help in seconds.
