Automatic deadline reminders
ScholarSearch AI watches your saved scholarships and sends you an email reminder when a deadline is approaching — so you never miss an opportunity.
When do reminders go out?
You'll receive a reminder email when any scholarship in your tracker has a deadline within the next 7 days. We send at most one reminder per scholarship per 7-day window, so you won't be flooded with duplicate emails.
What's in the reminder?
Each email lists all of your upcoming deadlines in one organised summary. For each scholarship, you'll see:
- Scholarship name and organisation
- Award amount
- Exact deadline date
- How urgent it is (Due today, Due tomorrow, or how many days remain)
- A direct link back to your Application Tracker
Which scholarships receive reminders?
Reminders are sent for scholarships with status Saved or Applying. Scholarships marked as Submitted, Won, or Skipped are excluded — there's no point reminding you about something you've already handled.
How do I stop reminder emails?
To stop receiving reminders for a scholarship, update its status to Submitted, Won, or Skipped in your tracker. Reminders are only sent while a scholarship is in Saved or Applying status.
Custom deadlines for manually-added scholarships
If you've added a scholarship manually and the deadline changes, click the edit icon in your tracker to update it. The reminder system will use the new date going forward.
