Troubleshooting sign-in problems

What to do if you can't sign in to your ScholarSearch AI account.

Having trouble signing in?

Most sign-in issues are easy to resolve. Here are the most common ones:

"Invalid login credentials"

This means the email and password combination doesn't match any account. A few things to check:

  • Make sure you're using the email address you signed up with (try other email addresses if you're not sure)
  • Check that Caps Lock is off
  • Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your password

If you've forgotten your password, use the password reset flow — it takes about two minutes.

"Email not confirmed"

Your account was created but you haven't clicked the confirmation link in your welcome email yet. Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from ScholarSearch AI and click the confirm link inside it.

Page keeps loading or shows a blank screen

Try these steps in order:

  1. Hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)
  2. Clear your browser's cookies and cache for this site
  3. Try a different browser — Chrome and Firefox tend to work best
  4. Disable any browser extensions that might be blocking scripts (ad blockers, VPNs, etc.)
