Forgot your password?
Resetting your password takes about two minutes. Here's how:
Step 1 — Go to the Forgot Password page
On the Sign In page, click Forgot password? just below the sign-in form.
Step 2 — Enter your email address
Type the email address you used when you created your account, then click Send reset link.
Step 3 — Check your inbox
A password reset email will arrive within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes ends up there.
Step 4 — Set your new password
Click the link in the email. You'll be taken to a page where you can enter and confirm your new password. Choose something at least 8 characters long.
A few things to know
- Reset links expire after 60 minutes. If yours has expired, go back to the Forgot Password page and request a fresh one.
- Each link can only be used once. If you've already clicked it, you'll need to request another.
- After resetting, you'll be signed in automatically and taken straight to your dashboard.
