Deleting your account
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All of your profile information, saved scholarships, application notes, and account history will be removed.
How to request account deletion
- Sign in to your ScholarSearch AI account.
- Go to Help Center → Contact Support (or visit this page directly).
- Select Account as the category.
- In your message, write: "Please delete my account." Include the email address registered to your account.
Our team will process your request and send you a confirmation within 48 hours.
Before you delete
- Make note of any important information from your Application Tracker (scholarship names, deadlines, notes).
- If you have an active email subscription, it will be cancelled automatically when your account is deleted.
Changing your mind?
Deletion is permanent — we cannot restore an account once it has been removed. If you're just taking a break, you can simply stop using the app and come back whenever you're ready. Your account and data will still be there.
